At heart, I'm a People & Culture generalist with a strong specialism in employee relations, balancing sound people principles with practical, commercial decision-making.
After almost 30 years supporting organisations through change, growth and challenge, most recently leading People & Culture for a multi-site workforce of 2,000+ employees across the entertainment industry, I launched Centre Stage HR to provide flexible, senior-level HR support to organisations that don't always need, or want, a full-time HR function.
I work with SMEs, theatre and creative organisations, and growing businesses, helping leaders navigate everything from difficult conversations and employee relations to policies, culture, organisational change and people strategy.
My approach is calm, pragmatic and relationship-focused. I believe HR should enable businesses to succeed while creating workplaces where people feel valued, respected and able to do their best work.
